These terms govern your use of Krikoo, a free app and website that helps cricket players and captains in India build squads, find opponents, and organize matches. By creating an account or using Krikoo, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & Your Account

You need a valid mobile number or email to register, which we verify by OTP. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of your profile and team information. One account per person — please don't create duplicate or impersonation accounts.

Acceptable Use

Krikoo is for organizing genuine local cricket matches. Please don't use it to harass or abuse other users, post false or misleading team/player information, create fake matches or ratings, spam other users, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, including accounts that repeatedly no-show on confirmed matches.

Match Conduct — What Krikoo Does and Doesn't Do

Krikoo helps you find opponents and coordinate a match through the Match Room — but Krikoo does not book grounds, provide equipment, referee matches, or guarantee that any team will show up or that a match will go as planned. Ground booking, safety, insurance, and on-field conduct are between the teams involved. Match results and ratings shown on Krikoo are self-reported and mutually confirmed by the participating captains — we don't independently verify scores.

Content You Submit

You keep ownership of the profile photos, team names, bios, and messages you post, but by submitting them you give Krikoo permission to display them to other users as part of the normal functioning of the app (e.g. showing your profile to a team you've challenged, or your message inside a shared Match Room). We may remove content that violates these terms or reported abuse guidelines.

Ratings & Reputation

The captain rating and reputation system relies on honest, good-faith feedback after a match. Misusing it — for example, rating a team you never actually played — is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may update these terms as Krikoo grows; we'll update the date above when we do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request account deletion at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing us.

Limitation of Liability

Krikoo is provided free, "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for injuries, disputes, losses, or damages arising from matches or interactions arranged through the app — Krikoo is a coordination tool between independent players and teams, not a party to your match.
